This is the 1st Annual event and we have pulled out every stop to make it unlike any other. Our community is known for a few things; world’s best peach ice cream, kayaking, hunting, skeet shooting, and farming. In 2022, I wrote my thoughts on paper, “Why not host a fiber arts festival?”

Vendor Hall that will host many vendors with Fiber, Yarn, Tools, & so many other fibery things!
The vendor hall will open Friday morning @ 132 S Washington Street, Wadesboro NC!
Parking is available in the lots at the corner of Wade and Washington streets, Caswell and Rutherford streets, and Ashe and Morven Rd.
If you’re doing a workshop; you will receive an email with details about where you will meet for the workshop session.
You will be able to purchase quilt raffle tickets and t-shirts in the vendor hall information table.
I will be posting a map with details on the scavenger hunt and the area!

Join the Celebration
There will be an 18th Century living history, animal demonstrations, vendor hall, fiber shed, used equipment sale, and workshops throughout our uptown area. You will have the opportunity to visit historical site as the historical society will be hosting visits to the local spots within town. There is so much more and we are going to be adding more as we get closer.

This is Heather & Derrick Edwards, co-owners of Studio 256. Heather is one of the planners for this event! There is a wonderful committee of folks working on this. We have Grace McFetters Caldwell that brings a host of many years with another festival and we love her knowledge and enthusiasm. We have many more volunteers working on this and I will be sharing them soon.
